Hello and welcome to my sunshine and wonderful home! 💜 Only 30 minutes to the white sand and beautiful Siesta Key beach, Anna Maria Island and Lido Beach. It has a wonderful lake view and all the furniture is NEW. It is decorated with so much love and beach/elegance style. Sabal Key area is very calm and strategic location (between Bradenton and Sarasota airport SRQ) The clubhouse has a big heat pool, tennis and basketball courts. A 5 minutes you have Publix, Walmart and many restaurants.

Gorgeous Peaceful Cottage

Welcome to sunny Sabal Key, Bradenton. You will be staying in a beautiful cottage located near several of the Gulf Beaches as well as Sarasota (SRQ) airport. The townhouse has a full kitchen with all the utensils, pots, and pan you need to cook, as well as a mini electric oven, microwave and a coffee maker. Club house, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground. Private parking space. Grocery shops, Walmart and restaurants, bank, and gas stations are just a mile away.

Heated Pool (No Cleaning Fee)

Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.
