Barbati Beach Art House, Corfu

Our property is a beautiful house, 100 metres from the Barbati beach, one of the best beaches of Corfu. It is located 17km from the town of Corfu, which is included in the World Heritage list of UNESCO. The house is suitable for summer holidays from 30th April to 30th September . It can sleep 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. The house has a very confortable yard-balcony, where you can have your breakfast or your afternoon coffee under the sunny summer sky. There is one bedroom with one double bed and two comfortable sofas at the sitting area, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor private space.Also is offered free Wi Fi. The beach is literally one minute on foot and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment is a family run. We talking for a superior apartment ( very newly kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms The apartment located in west part of the island in the village Liapades.. A very quiet and peaceful place opposite the city of paleokastritsa and the main beach of Liapades. Around area of the apartment is olive grove.. The fantastic view of the balconies is sea and mountain.. The house is newly built and has everything you need for your holidays and trying to make your feel good..

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached house which includes a living room with fire place and mini bar,a kitchen full equipped,a bathroom and a big bedroom with a jacuzzi inside.Ideal for couples!!!!!! There is also a big balcony with a fantastic view of Corfu town and the suburbs. The distance from Corfu town is about 2 km ,from the port 3 km and 2 km from the airport. A small pathway leads you to this quiet, secluded and unique a-frame in the woods that overlooks the stables. It has a loft bedroom. Downstairs there is a small shower bathroom, adequate kitchen and a comfortable living room space. The rustic setting draws you outside. The trees, the flowers, the hammock, the picnic table, this is where you will want to spend most of your time. It is stunning. "Just like a fairytale". Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Our cottage has been newly renovated and includes all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning in the lounge. It is set in a pretty garden set back from the main road, over the road from the beach, with a beautiful sea view and a large terrace. It is situated in the centre of the resort with only a 3 minute walk from the beach and within walking distance of tavernas, bars and supermarkets. We welcome children and pets. We have a free, large and safe parking area within the premises
