Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

Located less than 20 minutes from Montpelier, you can soak up the sun, play in the lake in the summer, and ski or snowshoe, ice fish and read til your heart's content in the winter. Features many amenities, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, shower room (on 2nd floor), wifi, BBQ, parking & lots of outdoor space with a small private beach. The house is on the lake with its own dock, & public boat launch 1/10 mile away. A perfect place for some fun!

Teeny Tiny Cottage on Lake Eden Water Front

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.
