Enjoy a peaceful lake view and listen to the loons. SKIERS, we are a short drive to three major ski resorts; Stowe, Jay Peak, and Smugglers Notch. Amazing restaurants and pubs are nearby, and a great general store is down the road. Bring your snowmobiles and snow shoes! Trails are everywhere, right outside the doorstep.

NOTE: Minimum age of 25 years required to rent our house and to be a guest here. Children traveling with parents are exempt from this age requirement. Exceptions made on a case by case basis. Beautiful, bright, and spacious 4 bedroom home in the heart of Smuggler's Notch area with views of the mountains. Less than 4 miles to Smugglers Notch Resort and 1 mile from the Wedding Barn. Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

The Sugar House on Maple Hill Road was once the site of a traditional Sugar House. The post and beams, wooden ceiling boards, 26 foot ceiling enhances the interior beauty. The house sits on 7 acres of woods with a small stream. Stowe Mountain Resort, The Trapp Family Lodge, Smugglers Notch, Long Trail, are just a few of the near by points of interest. Our house is a 5 bedroom Victorian built in 1835- restored with modern amenities and sits in the middle of the historic village of Jeffersonville. We are 5 minutes from Smuggler's Notch Ski area. 4 VT ski areas are close; Stowe 40 minutes, Sugarbush 70 minutes, Jay Peak 52 minutes & Bolton Valley 50 minutes.
