Lodge has 1 King Size bed with En-suite, 1 Double, and 2 x Twin rooms along with a full size bathroom suite.

A private spacious 2nd floor guest suite in sea view coastal house 10 metres from the beach, sleeping up to 4 people in two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, the other 2 single beds. A private bathroom is attached. Stunning sea views through large Velux windows to the shore & the peaks of the Lakes. Ideal for groups of family/friends with coastal walking route/Bay Cycle Way only 50m away. Complimentary breakfast includes cereals, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. There is no access to a kitchen.

Free off-street parking for 1 vehicle and there is tram stop less than 2 minutes walk away which takes about 5 minutes to the town centre (Tower & Winter Gardens). The property has been lovingly refreshed with brand new decoration and flooring throughout. It's perfectly located for a family break and the promenade is less than two minutes walk away.

Just a short walk to Princes cres where you will find shops, cafes, pubs. Directly facing the apartment is Morecambe's promenade where you can walk for miles taking in the ever changing views

This apartment is self contained and is not shared with anyone else . This apartment is dog friendly with a small charge of £10 for well behaved pooches . SeaCotes is situated on Queens Promenade across the road from the beach and also a tram stop and bus stops .
