Just a few minutes walk will immerse you in stunning panoramic views where you can take in the wild and rugged beauty of the Yorkshire moors. You won't believe Manchester is so close.

Beautiful studio with private bathroom, including dining and lounge area with log burner in spacious, renovated Victorian family home in Lune Valley. With private parking, we are 2 minutes from the M6 and within easy reach of the Lake District, Morecambe Bay, Lancaster and the Yorkshire Dales. With continental self-serve breakfast and teas/fresh coffee included, use of the shared family kitchen is also available. Choice of local places to eat, good transport and great walks on your doorstep.

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

'Waterside Studio'

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

This special place is close to everything, including nearby shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance on the doorstep. It's also close to great walking, with Pendle Hill and Wycollar close by, also Skipton and Bronte Country a short journey away. Self-contained flat within a family house. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room. The flat has its own entrance door which encloses space for your use, no space is shared with anyone else. We want you to feel very comfortable during your stay, and hope you enjoy the amenities and facilities which our flat provides. Near Bolton Wanderers stadium (for football and other events), and rail stations with access into Manchester. Manchester Airport is 30 to 40 minutes away by car.

Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.
