Everything else is new as you can see in the pictures. including the all new HVAC system. We are perfectly situated close to downtown and just 5 blocks from the Convention Center. Have fun in Lancaster or just enjoy the front porch looking across to a ball field or the back balcony looking over your own private back yard.

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate exterior entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.
