Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed. We love to offer our porch and patio for your enjoyment!

Soak up all the best the city has to offer. This remodeled little home is one of the closest to The Haymarket, Pinnacle Bank Arena and Memorial Stadium and within blocks of the three pedestrian bridges that take you to that area. The back yard boasts mature trees and a fenced in yard.
