The wrap around deck, patios, & gardens, lead to our large beach, & dock for your boat with 8’ MLW! Kayaks, paddle board, fishing & crabbing. A short walk to our charming town.

Family home surrounded by the waters from the Chesapeake Bay near Little Bay and Fleets Bay. Why stay up in a creek with the jellyfish and bugs? Water, water everywhere and all of your stress will shrink. Shallow sandbars and deeper waters are a great place to wade and swim. Relax on the beach, fishing, crabbing, bird and dolphin watching. Warm up by the fire pit any time of year. The towns of Kilmarnock, White Stone, and Irvington have many fun activities. Small neighborhood boat ramp too.

The “Bay House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has a beautiful Bay view and includes access to our private beach & dock (w/ guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath w/ jetted tub, covered patio and carport. The 2nd floor features a large bedroom, king bed and 1/2 bath.
