The carriage house was built around 1840 and is the original structure updated with modern luxury amenities. Upon entering the carriage house, you will be met with a fully equipped kitchen and a full private bath, then proceed up the stairs to the loft portion and enjoy your stay.

The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

The Kennedy Cabin, Est. 7/7/77

"Salvaged in Ohio", this extraordinary cabin is located in the quaint village of Rushville, Ohio. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown events are in nearby Lancaster. Hike in the Hocking Hills, check out nearby historical sites, then relax and rejuvenate at the cabin. Rushville is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Featured in the 1991 Fine Home Building magazine, the Kennedy Cabin is built with 90% salvaged local materials. Note: This property is smoke free, no smoking.

The Gladiola Tiny House by the Lake

The Gladiola Tiny House is a modern and cozy tiny house now located in Campbell Cove Campground with access to the Lake Logan. This tiny house features a kitchen with lots of amenities to prepare and serve meals, a full bath with shower, vanity/sink, and flushing toilet, a queen size loft bed, a sofa bed that converts into a full size bed, a deck with a view the lake, and a fire pit area for roasting marshmallows and enjoying sunsets and the night stars. Welcome travelers to the Rockmill Cottage! This bright, one bedroom guesthouse is located across the street from the historic mill and a short drive to restaurants, grocers, shops, and breweries. Enjoy the craftsman woodwork throughout, including a gas fireplace, fully appointed kitchen and cozy loft. In warmer months, the outdoor gazebo is perfect for morning coffee or a picnic.
