The Manchester House

Welcome to your home away from home. This 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is located in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood just 20 minutes from downtown Columbus. There is a large well-equipped kitchen but the house is also conveniently located to many different restaurants. The Rock Mill Farmhouse is a thoughtfully renovated 1846 home that was once the dwelling of the mill's keeper, and it still carries that history in every room: exposed original siding and beams, a winding staircase, an original A-frame ceiling in the upstairs bedroom, and a few charmingly low doorways that keep tall guests humble.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
