The living area adjoins the diner with two oversized sofa's and 65" smart Samsung TV, soundbar and Sky box. Sleep soundly in hotel quality king size beds with ample fitted wardrobes. Apple tree cottage has recently been refurbished with modern interiors and super fast broadband. A self catering cottage with its own small garden and driveway, set in bucolic countryside. Able to accommodate 3 guests (3rd guest with an additional charge) with a unique 'reading nook' which can be made into a small single bed for a young child. Babies up to 2 years old are welcome (free of charge) with a travel cot and high chair supplied. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be made available.

This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.
