10 minutes walk to the beach, Promenade, pier and shops, in a perfect location for those wanting to stay in Worthing. Only a 3 min walk to the hospital. Waitrose and Lidl are just across the road and there are dozens of pubs and restaurants plus the UK's oldest cinema, The Dome, all within half a mile. There is a lovely little courtyard at the back with a BBQ and a tiny space at the front to sit. Free on street parking for a car is available but not guaranteed.

Beautiful interior designer 1890s 2-bed terrace house. Live like a local, just 17 mins walk to sea. Close to park, great views and pubs. You’ll love my place because of decor, ambiance and local feel. My peaceful home is great for couples, Brighton explorers and business travellers. It's not for party people. Parking permits on request for a small fee in zone V (and there is free parking at the weekend in Zone S).
