Base camp to your Sinks Canyon and the Wind River mountain excursions. 1 queen bed and an 82" non-pullout sofa will sleep up to 3 adults. This little home was one of the earlier settlements established here in Lander, so keep in mind that it is no spring chicken. We have worked diligently to provide a fresh and modern experience, while maintaining as much character as we could. We hope you enjoy its charm!

A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

An easy trip to town, or down the road to the Midvale Station for dinner if you prefer not to cook! It is also an easy drive to lots of great Wyoming activities and on the way to Yellowstone!

There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. This place is next to a horse barn with the opportunity to take Riding Lessons, or a Personalized Horse Experience during your stay. It is located just outside the town of Riverton, WY. It is a five minute drive to Central Wyoming College and 7 minutes from downtown Riverton. Central Wyoming Regional Airport is 10 minutes away. The town of Lander, Wyoming is a mere 30 minutes away.

This gorgeous, fully stocked, 2-bedroom Carriage House is located in one of Lander's finest historic south side neighborhoods. Main Street shops and restaurants are just a quick walk away on a paved path along the Popo Agie River, and our beautiful city park is just a few blocks away. The Carriage House has two spacious balconies and is hidden behind towering aspen trees. It is extremely private and everything is in excellent condition.
