I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Huset ligger nära Söderåsens Nationalpark, Rönne Å och Bandsjön. Här finns det masser med möjlighet till kortare eller längre utflykter i naturen, till exempel vandring, paddla kanot, bada i sjön eller cykla på dressiner. Avståndet till Helsingborg och Lund är bara 45 i bil, om man vill till staden på sightseeing.
