3 bedrooms ground floor apartment with parking in front of the door. Ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs with baggage and shopping. 2 bathrooms & kitchenette. Located 1 km from Kuah Jetty. 20 minute walk down the road you find yourself in the midst of Kuah Town Lifestyle, Langkawi Fair Shopping Mall, Restaurants, Lagenda Park. This building has a guard house, security fencing and electric vehicle barrier gate. My property is very safe and it will give you greater peace of mind.
