Our cozy basement suite is located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to Highway #1. Just minuted away from Langley Events center,Sportsplex. Downtown-40min drive, North Shore-30min. Vancouver airport-45min, Abbotsford airport-25min.This spacious suite offers separate entrance with a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The open-concept livingroom with a sofa bed, projector, free wifi etc is perfect for a joyful moment of fun. The bedroom provides a comfort queen-size bed.

Basement suite is closed off from the rest of the house. Near Highway 1, walking distance to grocery store & shops, close to Fort Langley & Willowbrook. NO KITCHEN OR STOVE! However, suite includes small fridge & freezer, coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, dishes & utensils. Tea/Coffee provided. Suite comes with a double-sized pull-out couch, queen bed, and own bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a living room w/ TV, DVD player, fireplace. No laundry, no dining table, no microwave

This basement suite is open and airy with 9 foot ceilings and huge windows. A beautiful, covered jacuzzi tub is available on the property for you to use. Brookswood Suite

This space was inspired by geometric shapes, wood pieces and metal elements to give an industrial feel to the Suite. The mesh metal wall is a great feature of the suite. One of the highlights of the unit is the wooden sliding barn door. What’s so very unique, is the backside colours of the barn door was the inspiration of the master bedroom. The king master is a perfect place to relax, watch TV or sleep the night away.
