Haven on the Hill is located just minutes from downtown Abbotsford, the Abbotsford Airport, UFV, ARHCC, Rogers Forum, and only 1 km from the Trans-Canada Highway #1 - Exit 87.

This guest cottage sits on a quiet 2.5-acre property, fully separate from the main house. Once a barn, it has been carefully converted into a rustic and peaceful retreat. Enjoy this 1000 sq. ft. 2 Bedroom guest suite in quiet South Langley. Outdoor amenities include a large back yard, hot tub, and your own private 350 sq. ft. covered garden patio with gas fire pit. Ride your bicycles to the near by Langley Wineries and the Brookswood Brewery. Go for a sunrise run or a sunset stroll through the gate accessed farm field this property backs on to. This property is great for a family or group that is visiting Vancouver and does not want to stay in the hectic city.

Top floor of houseboat; we live downstairs +1dog,1cat Floating on the Fraser River, in a quiet, safe family neighbourhood just a short canoe ride or walk to Ladner Village grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Easy bicycling to dyke trails, beaches, bird sanctuary, BC Ferries, shopping malls, and local farms with quaint shops and breweries. Transit stops across the street, Vancouver within 45 minutes by bus.

Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Parking for max 3 vehicles permitted. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No parties & no visitors.
