Super clean lodge, classy safe area, private access, fully equiped Kitchen, Laundry/wash line, Internet, smart TV and private courtyard/ BBQ.Heat/Aircon. Perfect stay if you are a working or staying to train/study near by. A hair salon runs next door, hrs 9am-3pm (no nights), so noise will be heard if you’re at the lodge during the day. If you are here for work or out training, it won’t bother you at all. A family of 4 live above Lodge. Both spaces are private, only the driveway is shared.

It is situated close to public transport and is 100 metres to a cafe, a pizza take a way which was voted the best pizza in Frankston (Yummy Pizza) It has a split system reverse cycle air conditioner, gas stove, oven and HWS. Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
