Cozy private garden-level apartment within our home. Queen bed, futon, and full bath with amenities. Your kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. 2 miles to MSU, 20 min to Sparrow/Capitol, 10 min to Lake Lansing. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a swimming pool and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dining options, the best groceries, and public transportation are all walking distance! We live upstairs with our cairn terrier and cat and will be sharing the yard with you.

Beautiful Home in a quiet neighborhood close to MSU, LCC, Sparrow Hospital, Downtown Lansing, Shopping at Eastwood Mall, and a quick walk to parks, restaurants and coffee shops. This 1906 home has been nicely renovated by my husband and I. We remodeled the upstairs into a luxurious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, jetted bathtub, and stone tiled shower with a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer inside. Fenced in backyard with easy access from kitchen backdoor for your pup.

Wonderful Apartment with private yard next to MSU

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-site parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Reo Town River House

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.
