There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. It is a quick, 2-3 minute walk from the heart of Old Town, Lansing, and a 4 mile drive from East Lansing. You can have lunch at Pablo's, go shopping at Bradly's HG, attend an event at Urban Beat, or drive over to the green pastures of MSU. At the end of a long day of explorations, this is a great nest to return to.

Fast private wifi 6 and Ethernet are available (max download 1Gbs, upload 1Gbs) NO ANIMALS/PETS are allowing inside the studio: $1000 fine if you would bring it in. NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
