Sweet Country 3 Bedroom Apartment

Quiet, hilly, pretty 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st floor & queen & twin rooms on 2nd floor. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, many moviechannels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, large yard. There may be 2 nite minimum stay on some weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.)

Airport a mile away! Spacious 3 bedrm 3.5 bath townhome with exquisite resort decor. Check-in to Ithaca and you will never want to leave this home. Five minutes from Cornell University Campus. Fifteen Minutes from Ithaca College Campus. Climb the Clock tower at Cornell. Visit the wonderful wineries along Cayuga Lake or Just relax after a busy move in day for your college scholar. Perhaps all you need is to make a nice pot of tea to rest your weary muscles from moving those boxes into the dorm.

Downtown Classic+Cozy

One bedroom apartment on a lovely Ithaca street. Quiet, very little traffic + beautiful waterfall at each end! The Ithaca Commons, Farmer's Market, and bus to Cornell campus are 4 blocks away. Stewart Park=20 minute walk. Unit is upper floor of a duplex, with owner living on lower floor. It's in no way modern, but it IS clean, convenient and comfy. 1 Off-street parking space is provided. No smoking inside, but you are welcome to on the semi-enclosed porch. Private yard to relax w/grill.

Hayt's Chapel

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Artists' Paradise: Waterburg Chapel

Retreat to the country in this beautifully restored 19th c. Greek Revival church located in the quaint hamlet of Waterburg, a 5-minute drive from the Village of Trumansburg and a 12-minute drive to Ithaca in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country. I prefer a 3 night stay but on certain dates could do 2 nights - never hurts to ask! Subletting the church from January 1 2025 to May 1, 2025, any or all of this time.$1275 per month. message me for details.

Northside Nest - quiet street, great location!

Northside Nest is located on a quiet block close to restaurants, the Farmers' Market, the public bus and more. You’ll love Northside Nest's location, wood floors, and convenient parking, not to mention the comfy bed! Keep in mind, there are two energetic children living upstairs, so there are some daily noises making this space not ideal for folks looking for a quiet retreat.

Lovely home in the country, but close to everything. Natural lighting fills the home. The back is wooded with a creek running through. Country cottage

We are in the country! On state highway Route 34B, about halfway between Ithaca (13 miles) and Aurora (14 miles), originally built as a "grandmother" cottage. Located in mid-Finger Lakes, never far from a waterfall. Rural setting, property grows vegetables, flowers, and fruit.
