The quiet backyard borders a waterfront park and is a short walk from a marina, swimming area, fishing creek, trails & kayak rentals. The architecturally designed king bed master suite is truly an oasis. Enjoy evening strolls and sunsets along the Lake or relax around the fire pit. This peaceful, scenic location provides a convenient base to explore Ithaca (15 mins) & all the Finger Lakes have to offer

This cozy, updated two bedroom apartment mixes midcentury modern and vintage furniture with an organic, upstate NY vibe. The stylish first floor apartment of a classic Ithaca home, nestled into the highly walkable Fall Creek neighborhood. Just a few short blocks from Ithaca Falls, with easy access to Cornell, Ithaca College, and downtown. We took inspiration from boutique hotels when designing this space, with recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, new appliances, smart TV and luxury linens.

Enjoy Ithaca with the calming sounds of a rushing creek and a crackling fireplace at our Cozy Creekside Cottage. The cottage is close to everything you want to do in Ithaca while being situated in a beautiful, quiet, and convenient area. Everything to do in the area is 5-15 minutes away. The cottage offers a clean, comfortable space where you can relax and enjoy all the Finger Lakes has to offer. The cottage is also equipped with everything you need to comfortably cook or grill at home.

Pet friendly, great for short and long stays. Queen size bed, sofa couch and futon. Pond, fire pit, and large shared deck. Smart TV w/cable you can also connect your computer/device to for streaming. HDMI cable is provided. Excellent location close to lake, Cornell University, Ithaca College and minutes from downtown Ithaca and Cayuga Lake. Only 30 minutes from Greek Peek Skiing. Committed to keeping you healthy, safe, and comfortable. Apartment is sanitized after each guest stay.

Woodland retreat with hot tub in the Finger Lakes

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

The Best of Both Worlds- Our charming, Fall Creek apartment is conveniently located just blocks from the Commons/Restaurant Row & around the corner from Cascadilla Gorge, a beautiful trail leading up to Cornell. Perfect for couples, families, solo adventurers & LGBTQ friendly. Convenient, off street parking, separate entrance with outdoor patio area- perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Full eat-in kitchen and side porch with cafe table seating.

Private apartment with full kitchen (dog friendly)

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Spacious apartment in the heart of the FingerLakes

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.

Tree house inspired, located in the town of Danby, this one bedroom apartment is both peaceful and centrally-located: 8 miles from Cornell University, 6 miles from Ithaca College, and accessible to the Finger Lakes Wine Trails, and the Finger Lakes Trail system. Featuring a private deck that overlooks a park-like setting, well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful indoor space that is perfect for year round adventures.
