A unique nordic beach house only 12 min drive from the Santa Claus Village. Here at vacation home you may see Northern lights from August to end of April.. Accommodation with a private suite for 6 adults, with small children even for 8. Modern black house stands on a hill only 25 m from the lake shore, over looking to the Northern open horizon to summer midnight sun. Experiences for example Sauna, ice swim, ice fishing, snowmobiling or Santa on site (plus huskies, reindeer) at additional cost.

This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). Iso autokatos - sähköauton laturi. Pihasauna (sähkö), jonne kuljetaan lasiterassin kautta. Lasiterassilla ulkotakka ja sisällä toinen takka. Sijainti on ihanteellinen. Luontokeskus Kellokas 200m. Vaellus-, pyöräily-, hiihto-ja kelkkareitit 200m. Ski-bussi 200m, laskettelukeskukseen noin 500m.

Ylläs-Ukko

Keväälle 2024 valmistunut huvila sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla Äkäslompolon palveluiden ja aktiviteettien läheisyydessä. Valaistut hiihtoladut, skibussi/bussipysäkki ja kesällä uimaranta sijaitsevat kävelymatkan päässä. Pyöräilemään ja patikoimaan pääsee suoraan lomahuvilan pihasta. Huvila sopii erinomaisesti kahdelle perheelle, useammalle sukupolvelle tai vaikka aikuisporukassa aktiivilomaa viettäville. Yksitasoisesta huvilasta löytyy 4 makuuhuonetta ja kaksi erillistä wc:tä.

Hut Eno - 氛围小屋

Hut Eno on skandinaavinen, tyylikäs ja tunnelmallinen mökki joen rannassa, omassa rauhassa Suomen Lapissa. Suuret ikkunat tuovat ympäröivän metsän ja luonnon lähelle joka tilassa. Joen rauhoittava virta rentouttaa sohvalle asti. Takkatulen loimu lämmittää niin mökkiä kuin vierailijan mieltä. Mökissä on kaikki modernit mukavuudet ja vähän enemmänkin. 4 hiihtokeskusta löytyy noin tunnin matkan sisältä. Kaupat ja palvelut lähellä vaikka saatkin olla omassa rauhassa.

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin.Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu myös käytettävissä Ulkosauna myös käytössä.Etäisyys taajamasta n.35 km .Moottorikelkkailuun ja pilkkimiseen erittäin hyvät mahdollisuudet. Metsästys valtion mailla(Luvanvarainen).Netflix käytössä.Hanavesi on hyvää ja juotavaa.
