At our Airbnb you’ll enjoy a king-sized bed, living room, full kitchen & outdoor fire pit & patio complete with a hot tub perfectly placed for stargazing. We are just a few minutes drive from Horsetooth Reservoir- and are located directly across the street from Horsetooth’s hiking & biking trail for easy access to the waterfall. Kayak & SUP rentals are available. 20 min from downtown FOCO.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Cozy home in the country yet within biking distance to historic Old Town Fort Collins, a couple of miles to wedding venues like Tapestry House and Bingham Hill Preserve, farmers markets in season, breweries, City Park (golfing, community swimming pool), Colorado State University and bike trails. Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. It is a quiet place located right outside of Fort Collins.

It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
