Welcome to our charming villa in a child-friendly neighborhood — perfect for families. The house features 4 bedrooms: a master suite with private bathroom, 2 cozy children’s rooms, and a study with a double sofa bed. There’s also a bathroom with both a bath and separate shower, and toilets on all floors. Enjoy the generous garden with a heated swimming pool, trampoline, and private parking. Nestled in a green area with no through traffic. The villa is close to beautiful forests and heathlands.

Gezellig huis met tuin tussen Amsterdam en Utrecht

Gezellig en comfortabel huis met tuin en open haard. Ligt in een prachtig dorp in een omgeving met bos, heide en weilanden. 15 minuten met de bus naar Hilversum, 20 minuten met de trein van Hilversum naar Amsterdam Centraal. 15 minuten met de trein naar Utrecht Centraal. 25 minuten met de auto naar een P+R bij Amsterdam. Vanaf Schiphol Airport gaat er een rechtstreekse trein naar Hilversum, in 30 minuten. Dit huis ligt in een rustige woonbuurt, dus rust is wat ik ook van mijn gasten verwacht.

Lovely exclusive family house in the centre of the beautiful village Laren. 25 minutes drive to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Big private garden with a lot of child facilities. Great surroundings with forrest and sandy plains. A perfect place for (mountain)biking. Many restaurants, shops and lovely places to visit. The house is a perfect place for families with kids that like a bit of privacy, luxury, a place to relax and to go out. Many facilities are available to entertain yourself and the kids.

There are newspaper clippings going all the way back to the 1930s reminding of this! No worries though - we've created a modern, stylish, comfortable and cozy place for you to stay. Gezinswoning in hartje Laren

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. 5 min lopen naar het dorp en binnen 5min fiets je in de mooie natuur op de hei. Een dagje Amsterdam of Utrecht? Beide maar 20 min rijden. Er is een bushalte voor de deur die je naar Hilversum centraal brengt en daar kun je de trein nemen. Alles super centraal en in een rustige omgeving. Het dorp heeft veel restaurants en mooie winkels. Voor de kleintjes ook veel leuke plekken om te spelen.

Dit huis is origineel ingericht met oog voor detail. Het beschikt over verschillende zitjes zowel binnen als buiten waar je kan relaxen, bij elkaar kan komen of werken. Het huis is op loopafstand van het centrum van Laren en ligt aan de rand van het bos. In het huis wonen twee lieve katten, waar je geen last van hebt maar die graag de gezelligheid opzoeken.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte. Op 1 min loopafstand van bos en heide. Veel privacy met eigen terras en gebruik van buitensauna. Mooi uitzicht, fietsen aanwezig. Luxe badkamer, openhaard. Laren is een prachtig rustiek dorp met uitgebreide horeca/terrassen en bijzondere winkels. Centrum is op 5 minuten afstand lopen.

Nice cosy house with a garden 700 mtrs from the center of Laren, totally renovate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 toiletes, laundry room, near supermarkt, backery, liquor store. Close to Amsterdam ( 25 minutes by car) , Close to the trein station of Bussum or Hilversum. Netflix, HBO, Good internet conection. All you need to have a great stay!
