Cozy Private Apartment Free Off Street Parking

You'll be staying in our mother in law suite. A bright, sunny, fully furnished, basement apartment. There's a private entrance with self check in and free parking on sight. We are conveniently located near Old Town, CSU and the paved Poudre Bike Trails. Offering a clean comfortable bed, bathroom and kitchenette for light cooking. Because of our location we do not have access to Wi-Fi, but we do have a nice big screen tv with Direct TV and a VHS collection +player for entertainment.

The studio has a king bed as well as the option to add a twin cot for a third guest.
