Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

El apartamento se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro, desde donde se puede llegar al aeropuerto de Valencia y al centro de la ciudad mediante línea directa. A rental agreement is required, the minimum stay is 11 days, and we comply with the urban rental law, ideal for digital nomads and workers.
