Located in a normal puertorrican working class neighborhood (time in car) umins from the Airport, 8mins from beach, 15mins from Condado and Piñones, and 20mins from Old San Juan and Plaza Las Americas. Near the area you may find gas stations, 24/hr supermarket, fast foods, restaurants and rental cars.

You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.
