The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Excelente elección para hospedarse, dado su tamaño superior (70m2), claridad (muchos son oscuros o bajos) y ascensor. En el corazón de Madrid, a 5 min de metro de Av. América, Cartagena y Prosperidad. A 15 min del aeropuerto y a 5 min de la terminal de buses nacional. Estadio Bernabeu cercano. Cómodo apartamento con cuatro estancias: salón, dos habitaciones y baño, todas ellas con ventanales que dan luz natural (la mayoría de los apartamentos del barrio son bajos o interiores con menor luz y paso de peatones). Camas grandes con colchón y almohadas de látex con sábanas de algodón. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora, friegaplatos, WIFI, TV (FireTV), aire acondicionado y calefacción.

Los huéspedes reservan su estadía para el alojamiento indicado, es importante leer las normas del anuncio ya que esta prohibido fumar en cualquier zona del alojamiento. Cada piso cuenta con termo eléctrico de agua caliente, cada termo es capaz de generar 120 litros de agua caliente, luego volverá a cargar la misma cantidad de agua en 45-60 min, es importante destacar que si se lavan las losas, ropa, y se bañan todos los integrantes de la reserva al mismo tiempo el termo puede agotarse y habrá que esperar el tiempo indicado para que vuelva a cargar de nuevo.
