It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! After a fun-filled day craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen or grill together outdoors on the patio and relax by the fire pit.

Enjoy a stocked kitchen with French press & Keurig, smart TV with fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and A/C. Outside, the private yard offers a treehouse, play gear, patio BBQ, and year-round gas fire pit. Quiet duplex - no shared walls, 2 off-street spots, and only 5 minutes to downtown Moscow and the U of I!

Air condition units are in bedrooms only. Our driveway is somewhat steep and gravel, not ideal for sports cars. 🙂
