Enjoy a comfortable retreat in a historic 1930s cabin overlooking a 350-acre private lake. This fully renovated farmhouse features its original beadboard. The historic touches, combined with all the modern amenities, make this the perfect destination for those seeking to enjoy a getaway into nature and fishing experience. A beautiful lakefront one-bedroom cabin overlooking a 7-acre private lake and situated inside a one acre permaculture food forest/garden. It is a haven for birders and naturalists as well as the wildlife we share the space with. Enjoy feeding the roaming peacocks, viewing the sunrise and sunset, and sipping coffee on the private porch or pier. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!
