Fabulous location, ideal for exploring the Cotswolds, close to the Cotswolds Waterpark, & walking distance of the local pub. Sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms, comfortable lounge, dining kitchen with a family bathroom. The studio is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away, with the thames path countryside walks on your door step and fresh country air in abundance. Wifi, Netflix , Disney + included The Studio is a comfortable space with an Ensuite shower room, comfy sofa and kingsize bed and free parking. Located in a beautiful village within the Cotswold water park area you are spoilt for choice of things to do locally, with water sports, lakeside dining, South Cerney beach all on your door step.

Anthracite Annexe

A stylish self contained annexe next to owners home, in South Cerney. The village has all the amenities such as two shops, three pubs serving good food, post office, chemist, takeaway Indian and chip shop. The village is close to the historic town of Cirencester and other famous attractions in the Cotswolds as well as the Spa town of Cheltenham. The property is ideally situated to make the most of the Cotswold water park and it’s facilities as well as numerous walks and cycle paths.

Self-Contained Equipped Cotswolds Studio + Garden

The Studio is a small and cosy single storey self-contained annexe in the Cotswold village of Poulton. Double bedroom, en suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, private courtyard garden. WiFi, underfloor heating, TV, parking for 2 cars. Basic breakfast supplies, milk, tea and coffee provided. Great village pub down the road. Sleeps two comfortably, up to four at a squeeze with limited floor space if using the sofa bed for additional guests.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

The Well House, Poulton

A quintessential Cotswolds cottage, the perfect place to call home for as long or short as you’d like. A spacious self contained suite with a lounge area, single bedroom and en-suite shower room, it's the perfect retreat to escape to the countryside and explore what the beautiful Cotswolds has to offer. Please note, The Well House does not have a kitchen, but a kettle, microwave and fridge are provided along with crockery and cutlery.

It's ideal for couples, individuals & business travellers being just over an hour from London, 10 mins from M4 junc 15 & 15 mins from Swindon station. No visitors other than the guests who have booked in. Non smoking site.
