Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

The Nesting Box is an ideal space to return to and recharge in after “free-ranging” locally. Comfortable, cool, and centrally located to the best of Butler Street. Designers collaborated to maximize the minimal space with creative comforts while experiencing "tiny living". Our shipping container addition led us to have 2 front doors. We welcome guests to our on-street guest suite. Urban family homestead with 2 cats, 2 dogs, and for 5 years 3 chickens that resided with us (recently rehomed).

Hilltop Suite, Quiet Street

Your suite has your own entrance through the back of the house as well as onsite parking in the driveway. You are in your own PRIVATE area that does not join with my living area in any way. Inside, I’ve worked hard to make the space very updated and clean. Amenities include your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove and fridge, a small dining table, a couch, and a comfy queen bed. It is approximately 15 mins to all main universities and the city center.

Minutes from Wisp Ski Resort & Deep Creek Lake! Come as you are & take a seat at nature’s table under the canopy of stars. Embrace the wooded ambiance and meadow views from our 825 sq. ft suite as you melt your cares away in front of the fireplace. Located between I-68 and Deep Creek Lake/Wisp. Our hope is to provide a serene landscape where you can find peace and rest through nature. Our setup works well for business travelers & as a couple's romantic escape!

The Penthouse on Edgewood Ave.

This 2200 sq ft Penthouse is newly remodeled. It offers a large open space concept with modern amenities. Cable and Wifi are available. This second floor Penthouse is a great place for a group to stay and make themselves at home while enjoying all the adventures in the Laurel Highlands. Close to the Turnpike, Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, Laurel Mountain Ski Resort, and Ohio Pyle. This is a great place to stay while enjoying the outdoors and the Laurel Highlands.

PRIVATE MINI STUDIO (D1)

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).

Located on a quiet tree-lined street in the aptly named Friendship area, we are an easy commute to Pitt & CMU. Our apartment is perfect for all of your travel & work needs. Suited for solo travelers, couples, and business travelers.

A lower cozy apartment, completely remodeled, nestled in a pleasant wooded residential neighborhood. Just 5 miles from Seven Springs Resort, 10 miles from Hidden Valley, 16 miles from Falling Water, 19 miles from Ohiopyle, 21 miles from Idlewild and Soak Zone, and 55 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh. Well equipped and sleeps 5 comfortably. A great get away spot for a couple or small family. Come and enjoy the mountain life!
