Koni's house Saronida

Koni’s house has a private swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a large bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.

A luxurious, spacious, high-ceiling and fully equipped 1 bedroom Apt. in a newbuilding of very high standards standing above the ruins of the ancient "Street of the Tripods" in the Old town, the historic neighborhood of Plaka and only steps away from the Acropolis south entrance and the Acropolis Museum. The bedroom offers ample storage space and a Grand King bed, rare in Europe, and overlooks the secluded and serene inner courtyard of our private building, a guarantee for a good night's sleep!

Just an hour from center of Athens and 25 min from Airport.

Cape Villa at Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

60 sq.m. apartment on the top floor, with breathtaking view of Acropolis from the living room, with spacy balcony, 5 minutes from Syggrou-fix metro station, 20 minutes from Acropolis by foot, 5 minutes from the museum of modern art. The apartment is animal friendly, upon arrangement. Smoking is allowed. Upon arrival we will ask for your id number (european union countries citizens) or passport number (non european union countries citizens), for tax declaration purposes.

Independent stairs/entrance. 25 min drive from Athens Airport. Transportation is definitely needed but a local taxi service can take you to beach and restaurant area. Cats reside on the property.
