Central & Luxury: 5BR Artistic Apartment

This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

With open kitchen, large dining area and living room with fireplace and lake view, this house is perfect for a romantic get-away, large family or group of friends. Stunning views, garden, parking, elevator, terrace, barbecue, indoor Jacuzzi, hot tub, sauna, gym, kayaks, stand-up paddle, steam oven, laundry and well equipped kitchen are some of the many comforts this lovely house offers.

Le CHUV est facilement accessible par les métros M1 et M2. Entrée indépendante, salon avec cuisine équipée et coin à manger. Chambre à coucher avec salle de bain attenante. Terrasse couverte plein sud avec 2 fauteuils.

Situé au coeur du patrimoine de l'UNESCO, des promenades dans les terrasses viticoles du Lavaux sont à votre porte ou se découvrent depuis les superbes bateaux à vapeur qui sillonnent le lac, sans oublier le petit verre de vin !

Studio La Rigole / Green & Calm near Lausanne

La Rigole Studio was rebuilt in the "Carnotzet" of our villa. The small cozy room recently received a modern and fresh decoration with a wc/shower and a small kitchen. The guests can also enjoy a terrace in front of the room surrounded by fruit trees and birds; With lucky, you will even hear the swiss cow bells... A very good transportation system is available near by La Rigole. Buses are at 300m and the subway to Lausanne city center and lake shore, is only 700m from the Studio

The access to the motorway is only a few minutes’ drive away. Well equipped kitchen and both indoor and outdoor tables seating 8 for dinner. Cosy sofas and comfortable beds complete the experience.

It has everything you need to spend an exceptional weekend or week of holidays. Ideally situated for a walk in the Lavaux. Fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine and private terrace. Train station nearby.
