This confortable appartment has three bedrooms, a fully equiped kitchen, a large living & dining room with balcony, a bathroom, separat toilet and a large entrance. It offers a great view over the lake and the alps, it's close to the train and buss stations, and you've got a small shoppingcenter "Les Moulins" only a few minutes away (Coop, postoffice, bancomat, flower shop etc...). The beach, the harbour and the oldtown of Lutry is only a few footsteps away. A parkingplace is at your disposal

Central & Luxury: 5BR Artistic Apartment

This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Le CHUV est facilement accessible par les métros M1 et M2. Entrée indépendante, salon avec cuisine équipée et coin à manger. Chambre à coucher avec salle de bain attenante. Terrasse couverte plein sud avec 2 fauteuils.

Chambre spacieuse avec bureau. L’appartement se situe en plein centre ville donc proche de toutes les commodités. À 3 min à pied de la place de la Riponne et son métro, du quartier du Flon. 20 min à pied depuis la gare. Arrêts de bus multiples autour de l’appartement. Parking couvert le Valentin à 1 min à pied.
