**Enjoy our BBQ and Fire Pit from May 1 to September 30.** Escape to tranquility in our renovated 1930s cottage in Lava Hot Springs. Conveniently located near Main Street, explore the area on foot. Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Welcome to Fourty Winks we live in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a fold out couch. There is a beautiful park with an awesome playground 1 block away. The mall , best eateries & store are 2 mins. away. You have access to board/card games and toys for little ones. You will be on the lower unit with egress windows so plenty of natural sunlight, your hosts live above. We are Jim&Celeste and are retired, and our goal is to make sure you have anything you need . Built in 2019, the home is clean and new, allowing you to comfortably enjoy your time in Lava.

Located in a beautiful country setting on 5 acres this is a 2-bedroom 1 full bath guest suite in walk in basement with living/dining area, and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge only, NO oven, NO kitchen sink). We are located just 5 miles from Lava Hot Springs.
