Il se trouve également à 10 min en bus et 20 min à pieds du 2M2C de Montreux (Montreux Jazz Festival, concerts, etc) et du marché de Noël réputé dans le monde entier. Vous pourrez même vous payer le luxe de skier ou randonner en matinée aux Rochers de Naye (2000m) et finir votre journée par une baignade dans le lac. Il s'agit de mon appartement de tout les jours. Il est donc entièrement équipé.

Das freistehende Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage direkt am Genfersee. Dahinter erstrecken sich die Weinterrassen des Lavaux, dem grössten zusammenhängende Weinbaugebiet der Schweiz. Zwischen dem Haus und dem See liegt ein grosszügiger Garten mit teilweise gedecktem Sitzplatz. Vom Garten gelangt man via das Bootshaus direkt zum See und dort über den hauseigenen Steg ins klare Seewasser.
