Surrounded by countryside, with far-reaching views and spectacular sunsets, adult guests get complimentary access to the heated pool (May - Sept), tennis court and gardens of Apple Mount Retreat. A range of holistic massage therapies is also available, bookable in advance and subject to availability.

There are two historic pubs and a fine food shop selling locally sourced foods all within walking distance too.

Local activities include water based fun on the River Stour, walking in Dedham Vale, and visiting the picturesque local villages.
