Jägerhaus - Mountain Lodge on Private Estate

We've hosted lovely folks from all over the world since 2017 in our family home--and now, we embark on a renovation journey. Changes for 2/1/26 + New sleeping arrangement; double-bunk bed replaced with 1 King bed + House capacity changes from 10 to 8 + Upgrading living room sofas and chairs + Repainting 3 rooms This is just the start of a broader vision we expect to complete by 2028. Reato House--Cozy comfort away from home, HOT TUB!

This house is a comfy, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in the early 1900's and recently updated. It is in the heart of the Black Hills, minutes from Deadwood. It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

Downtown Spearfish and Spearfish Creek are within walking distance to enjoy the bike path and great eateries. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, complete with a memory foam mattress, and walks out to the front porch. Our favorite thing about our cottage is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Close to so much, but with a real connection to the pristine nature that the Black Hills are famous for.

The newly built Little House in the Hills is located on 5 acres and only 1 mile outside of Deadwood, SD. This is the perfect location to access hiking, biking, scenic drives, and tourist attractions. **As we head into the winter months we want you to know that the Black Hills can receive significant snowfall. The Old Front Porch

Deadwood’s Old Front Porch as featured in Destination Deadwood Magazine. The Old Front Porch was built in the late 1800’s and it has been renovated with some modern touches, while keeping the historic character of the home. Downtown Deadwood is just over half a mile, and you can access the Mickelson Trail with a three-minute walk. The Deadwood Trolley stops in front of the house and will take you almost anywhere in Deadwood for $2!

Relax and enjoy your time in this spacious and serene home. A charming house, that includes a full kitchen, four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and dining room. We have a large backyard featuring a deck and grill. Grammy's place is walking distance (half a mile) from downtown Spearfish. We're a 20 minute drive from Historic Deadwood and Sturgis. Covered parking available upon request.
