Enjoy all that Lawrence has to offer steps away from your front door! Completely remodeled in 2019, the building has plenty of history and old charm with up to date comforts including plush beds. Take advantage of our gift basket stocked with freebies for coffee, beer, candles, and etc!

Stay downtown near restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and shows. Only a few blocks from the Granada and Library. Just 1 mile to the KU campus and 2 miles to I-70. The guesthouse has a tile entry with one flight of carpeted stairs. The kitchen has white cabinetry with Silestone countertops, a microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The laundry area has a washer, dryer, and a tankless water heater. The bath has a white vanity with Silestone counter, and sun tunnel.

Wonderfully remodeled cottage in Old West Historic Lawrence. This home is within walking distance to downtown, parks, the library, Lawrence Memorial Hospital, The University of Kansas and the David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. This location offers a mix of community charm, cultural richness, and access to various amenities and events. The Carriage House in East Lawrence

This carriage house sits on 2 acres, with the original 1860s house. Located 1 mile East of historic Mass. St. in Lawrence, KS, it has 3 BR & 2 bathrooms. Access is limited to the space above the garage (must climb stairs), private balcony, & the front/middle yard. Absolutely ZERO smoking OR vaping tolerated or allowed on premises! Be aware before booking! You must acknowledge & agree to the house rules when booking!

Carriage House in Great Location

Our carriage house studio apartment is in the historic Old West Lawrence neighborhood near downtown + KU , just a short walk to the stadium for football home games or to dining + entertainment. Enjoy a pvt. bathroom, streaming YouTube TV, wet bar w/ microwave. There is a queen sized sofa bed for up to 2 extra guests. We have a Short-Term Rental License # STR-18-00036 issued by the City of Lawrence.
