The heart of Lawrence

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this newly remodeled historic home in the heart of Lawrence, Kansas. Downtown Lawrence is just a short walk through scenic South Park filled with mature trees, playground, picnic areas, and an iconic gazebo. KU is just a few blocks away as well. However, you won't be disappointed if you have to stay in and work in this fresh light-filled house.

Lovely condo with pool near KU

Our condo is located very close to KU and city bus. There is an on-site swimming pool and one assigned covered parking stall. This is a ground floor unit with a small set of stairs to access the front door. There is a public golf course right next to the complex. A washer and dryer in the unit, along with some personal hygiene products.

The Bait Shop, close to KU and downtown!

The bait shop is a private, separate house, with its own entry and parking. It’s very cozy and quiet. It’s a short walk south to the KU stadium, and a ten-minute walk to lovely downtown Lawrence. The house is perfect for a single person or couple. We recently added an outdoor patio area with a barbecue grill for your enjoyment!
