Built in 2017, the home is in a quiet community 0.5 mile from a shopping center, one mile from downtown Lawrenceville, 4 miles from State Rte 316, and 6 miles from I-85. It was repainted in 2025. The spacious unit is fully furnished—with bedroom, living room, bathroom (tub/shower combo), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. It has all necessary amenities and is move-in ready. The homeowners are educators and live upstairs.
