We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. You’ll love my place because of the people, and the neighborhood. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has nice full kitchen, large family room with foosball table and TV.

Come stay in our updated basement unit! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs. We occupy the upstairs.

We have a private space for our guests with up to 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, full bath, work/desk area, laundry, kitchenette, dining area, family room with tv area and fireplace, foosball, Infinity game table, and lots of board games. Additional charge of $10 per adult and/or child after the first guest to cover the other beds/bedrooms. Fully licensed and all safety inspections. Book our place only if it meets all your needs. I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
