Only a short walk to the beautiful Medina River and Bandera City Park, it is easy to enjoy the serenity and wildlife of the Texas Hill Country. Enjoy our front porch for coffee or wind down on our back deck. If live music, dancing, and shopping are more your style, we are < a mile from all the action and shops downtown Bandera offers! Dog-friendly with a fenced yard!

FoxFire Log Cabin

Get back to the basics in a peaceful cozy cabin at FoxFire in Vanderpool. Enjoy reconnecting with nature with a walk or swim in the Sabinal River, hike at Lost Maples Park, birdwatching, or enjoying the stars and a campfire at night! 2 Bedroom 1 bath fully furnished comfy cabins. No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Family and pet friendly!

Amadeo at the Frio Private getaway with pool & spa

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Whether planning a peaceful escape from the city or a riding vacation along the Twisted Sisters Hwy, the Texas Wheelhouse is a perfect getaway for your group. The 2-bedroom/2-bath cabin, with a 1-bedroom bunk house. The property is at the top of a ridge overlooking the breathtaking Texas Hill Country. Located along Hwy 336, one of the most scenic rides in Texas, the Texas Wheelhouse is a short drive to Garner State Park, Lost Pines Park, and several places to go tubing on the Frio River.

Affectionately named after a Texas owl, “Barn” is adoringly appointed with modern comforts, granting gracious views of hills and valleys. The exterior is a nod to a traditional barn while the interior features the soft, warm colors. Enjoy soft creature comforts in a rugged expanse. Staying at Barn is truly a unique experience that offers everything needed to rest, relax and renew.

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Hilltop River Hideaway

Experience the magic of Lost Maples and the brilliant fall colors of the Hill Country. Tucked on a secluded hilltop, this private cabin offers mountain views, wrap-around porches, bird watching, and a relaxing hot tub. Enjoy private Sabinal River access - perfect for floating, wading, or swimming. Just one mile from Lost Maples and 20 minutes from Garner, it’s your peaceful autumn retreat. The home is very private making it the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or family fun!

Relaxing Cabin on the Sabinal River

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.
