This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on private acreage with great views. Large patio & fenced back yard are great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing. Wildlife feeders. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).
