Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. We are pet friendly for small pets but the pets arent allowed on any of the furniture. Peaceful surroundings, safe secluded neighborhood.

Fully equipped kitchen, indoor laundry, and plenty of parking (RVs with approval; up to 8 vehicles). Dog friendly! Includes 4 kayaks with paddles. Upstairs loft and downstairs bedroom both feature king beds, TVs, workspace, and extra sleeping options. Renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.

This Cozy Cottage is centrally located in Crystal River, steps away Kings Bay! Heated pool, ( October til May) under the oaks, large fenced in yard, take the 4 bikes out for a cruise around the neighborhood or get the family out kayaking in the Bay, 1 double, 3 single kayaks, 1 paddle board , paddles and life jackets, 1/4 mile to 3 sisters springs! Our family has been coming here years and love the area
