YAY!! IT'S TIME TO HUNT FOR SCALLOPS!! Welcome to this updated, lovely home in a charming, quiet "Old Florida" neighborhood! The bright living space includes a 50" smart TV, breakfast bar with stools and a dining table. The kitchen is EXTRA stocked! The KING SUITE has a bathroom plus there is a Coral Queen Room and a Groovy Bedroom, with a Queen bed plus twin plus extra mattress, which share a hall bathroom. OSR is just over a mile from downtown, boat ramps & all that King's Bay has to offer.

Pool home centrally located

Located within minutes to world class fishing, golfing, the famous Ellie Schiller's wildlife state park, hiking trails, biking trails, the Peace caves, manatee tours and our local monkey celebrities! Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Just across Hwy 19 from kings bay, minutes from boat ramps, springs, restaurants and shopping. Home includes 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry on site, spacious backyard with patio, gazebo and BBQ grill. We are pet friendly for small pets but the pets arent allowed on any of the furniture. Peaceful surroundings, safe secluded neighborhood.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
