Welcome to this charming retreat in the heart of East Perth! Nestled in a vibrant and convenient neighborhood, this delightful property offers a cozy and stylish sanctuary for solo travelers or couples seeking a comfortable and centrally located stay without breaking the budget. The area is ultra-convenient, being within Perth City's free CAT bus zone and within the e-scooter riding zone and a short walk to Optus Stadium, cafes and restaurants and the city centre. There is a TV with Netflix.

A W.A. hardwood timber queen bed is the centrepiece of the room. There is also a private study space. Off the bedroom is a dressing room and spacious closet. There is a new light filled bathroom.

Nestled in one of Perth’s most exclusive streets, in an older and unassuming building than its neighbours and adjacent to the highway. The renovated private studio apartment is on the city’s doorstep, adjacent to the highway and a short walk to the city across the footbridge just outside the building. Our stunning King’s Park is a short stroll up the street. Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

Our spacious Guestsuite is walking distance to University of WA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Hollywood Hospital. It consists a lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!
