Full kitchen, bathroom, 3 queen beds in each room. There is 3 units in this building so the temperature stays at 21. Hope this is not an issue. In the summer you have a putting green to practice on. There is absolutely no smoking cigarettes/pot or vaping allowed at any time in the building. Play pen available upon ask

Roadtrip Luxury Spotless Private Entrance suite

A clean, bright, new, private above-ground main floor suite designed for peaceful stays with 10 foot ceilings, natural light and no overhead noise. Not a basement suite! Our private entrance suite has driveway parking and is just off the 416 in the quaint small town of Kemptville (25 min fr Ottawa). The suite is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door, no shared spaces. The self contained suite has a queen bed, 2 TVs, couch, desk, mini-fridge, microwave and a coffee-maker.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

The apartment is air conditioned, has wifi and cable tv You will have the entire upstairs apartment with private entrance. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included. Very cozy and quiet.
