Welcome to our slice of heaven in Leelanau County. Relax and unwind in the new large private guest suite in the lower level of our home. Private access is on the north side of our house. Perfect location to take advantage of all the beauty and activites offered in the area. Only 3 miles south of Suttons Bay, a short drive to Traverse, and close to the Leelanau Trail, award winning golf course, wineries and beautiful beaches. Renters will not have access to our backyard and waterfront area.

This light and bright newer lower level suite is almost 900 square feet with an open floor plan. Rooms include a living/dining/kitchenette area, private bedroom, and bathroom. The suite is stocked with several amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a welcome bottle of local wine and goodies.

Enjoy a quick bike ride into town to access the Leelanau trail. Visit nearby orchards, wineries, Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes/National Lakeshore.

Getting to water and dock may be an issue for guests with mobility issues please be advised. Road noise is possible at certain times through out the day .

You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.

(Please note: This is not a full kitchenette, just a mini fridge and microwave in the studio unit).
